This new type of CNC cutting machine for solid wood is a special design for cutting material for upholstered furniture. It is able to replacetraditional band saws for cutting dead angle, corner problem andsurface luster. Traditional processes like drawing lines, manual cuttingand cutting material using a carving machine, are not necessary anymore, which significantly reduces labour costs andaccidents, and increase production efficiency at the same time.Different to traditional cutting machines for uphoIstered furniture, our product, fully numerical controlled, supports DXF format. Userscan freely composing,cut and drill any corner. Its ealy to use enable an unskilled worker to operate it after learning for half a day.
